Our latest additions include CNC Formers with Double-Hook Forming capabilities and a hi-tech HTC CNC Compression Spring colling machine with Automatic Diameter and Length Controls, which is now the standard for all our colling machines.
Further, we use Taiwan Conveyorised Heat Treatment Furnaces for Stress Relieving. Other facilities Include, UTs Testing, Load Testing, an Endurance Machine, Torque Testing, Hardness Testing, Optical Profile Projector, Bend Test, Wrapping Test, Torsion Test. Standard ring has its own Plating Plant as well.
